The property developer responsible for the King’s Cross estate has stated that this is a public safety measure that has been put in place to ensure everyone who passes through the location has the best possible experience.

Cameras are being used with a number of detection and tracking technologies deployed but the developer is adamant that sophisticated systems are in place to ensure the general public’s privacy is protected. They argue that this is the same technology deployed in shopping centres, sports arenas and other venues around the country.
